REAL PRESTONPANS BATTLE INSPIRES FRINGE PRODUCTION
Everyone?s heard of the Battle of Culloden ? where the heroic efforts of Bonnie Prince Charlie and his Highland warriors finally came to a tragic end.
But Fringe production, The Battle of Pots ?n? Pans, focuses on the start of that campaign, September 1745, when Highland hearts were full of hope and ambition, and recoat soldiers uneasy.
