Revans University Graduate Studies in Arts Tourism Visit Golden
Golden's Arts Festival
Although Revans University's Arts Tourism Graduate Studies are web-based distance education, wholly focused on action learning amongst career profesionals, it is occasionally possible to visit Boulder, Colorado where the University's offices are located. The town, also home to the University of Colorado itself, stands at the foot of the Rockies one mile high, with a famous group of mountains known as the Flat-irons as illustrated here. And any visit to Boulder almost inevitably implies that the thirst must be quenched in Golden, the global home of Coors beers just 12 miles away, not least to see if they are any match for our Fowler's Ales at The Goth.

Not all those on the inaugural Set following Diploma/ Masters in Arts Tourism since 2002, which includes five from Prestoungrange Arts Festival and two from Canada - Stony Plains, Alberta and Vernon, BC, made it to either Boulder or Golden recently but its Arts Festival [only modestly accompanied by the traditional murals] was in full swing. The Set is making good progress and hopes to produce its first successful Diploma/ Masters graduates by August 2006.
