Stramash Ahoy? Or perhaps someone was flying a kite?

The Battle Trust's Online Petition reaches 6500 supporters .. a third wannabe visitors from overseas

The response to the Trust's Online Petition has been both overwhelming and heartening. Seems to be the case that thousands from our local communities and from around the globe want to see the battlesite conserved and interpreted .. for ever!

To convince the relatively few Doubters therefore, the 1745 Heritage Battle Trust clearly needs to do more to keep them informed.

The Trust is grateful that the East Lothian Courier this week carried some details that can help. [Apologies that the text does not run totally smoothly - we've cut Marie Sharp's reporting to fit our page here!]
